Mortgage Industry - Our third party settlement services are designed specifically for those borrowers whose loans are contingent upon satisfying (bringing current) or settling (paying off) delinquent unsecured accounts. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT a "credit repair service".
Companies within the mortgage industry may have ADSI obtain "Settlement Agreements" from authorized settlement agents of creditors holding delinquent accounts rather than "Demand Statements" from collection or accounting departments. Many of these loans fail because the demand amounts come back too high. ADSI works with the settlement departments of creditors whose agents have the authority to settle accounts for less, a lot of times salvaging what would have been a failed loan. **Depending on the Client, ADSI may achieve "settlement agreements" ranging from 30 to 85 cents on the dollar.
